Pineapple.. so I am confused, yesterday the entire day i read all this great stuff about how pineapple juice is AMAZING for the implantation, but NOW today after I had a freaking glass, I went to go read about it more and everything on the web says NO STAY AWAY CAUSES M/C.. so here is my deal.. 1.. I hate the internet as a reference.. and 2... what are your opinions or own personal "tricks"

I haven't heard about pineapple juice. Supposedly, the core of the pineapple contains an enzyme called bromien(sp) and that is supposed to help with implantation. This enzyme is only in the core, it can also be found in brazil nuts.

Like Chris mentioned, I've always heard that the best is the core and second best is the normal part of the meat that people eat.

and this is why i chuckle... After doing some of my research, I have found that actually the Bromelain in the core is what causes contractions, so should be avoided during pregnancy, BUT... the juice contains selenium... which helps the lining... who knows.. I guess you can also drink grape juice.. and that is safe.. maybe I will just switch.. HA HA But like I had mentioned before, every time I google this stuff its completely different.
