reproductive immunologist?

anyone work with an RI as opposed to an RE? because of my underlying dx of RA (since i was a toddler - which is weird now that i have a 20mo old), i'm wondering if there's not an immunological componant that my RE hasn't addressed. my RE and rheum both seem to think there's no correlation, but before we make any decisions and move onto IVF #2AN (IVF #2 after noah), i am thinking about exploring my options...

any thoughts or suggestions?

I just had a consult with Dr. Coulam out of Chicago (phone consult) and will be doing intralipids for my next cycle as a result. I too have a history of autoimmune disease (Graves, Vitiligo, and Hashimoto's) so though I had only on miscarriage, pursued the testing prior to my second cycle. She was very helpful to me and thankfully my RE is willing to go along with it even though he doesn't really believe it has anything to do with it.
