one ovary and chances of pregnancy

I had one of my ovaries removed last September along with a dermoid cyst. My doctor chose to remove the entire left ovary along with the cyst. My question is this: How much are my chances of becoming pregnant reduced considering the fact that I have only one ovary now? I have two children currently. Both of them were planned and I easily became pregnant within the first month of trying. While child number 3 is not planned, it may have happened. I guess what I am asking is: Am I just as fertile as with the first two? Would rather not have another child at this point, but if it happens, it does. Kind of stressing a bit about it and hoping not to be pregnant.

Welcome!
You could definitely still get pregnant with just one ovary.
