solid ovary

I have just recently had my second ultrasound for a possible ovarian cyst. 3-4 years ago I had a cyst rupture on the left siderequiring surgery to stop the bleeding. They were able to save my left ovary, however, I was told that it may have some scar tissue from the surgery.
This time around the cyst(?) was discovered during a routine exam. The first ultrasound reveled an enlarged right ovary that appeared solid, with a few cysts around the edge. The ovarall shape was smooth and oval (as opposed to jagged). The technician said it did not appear to be a cyst. She mentioned endo or a hemmoratic ovary, as well as other possibilities. I did have the ca-125 test and that was normal. My second ultrasound 2 months later reveled that it had enlarged. My dr is out of town for 3 weeks and cannot let me know what it may be or what the next step will be. I am impatient and would love to know what I might be dealing with. I am 30 years old and have irregular, heavy periods all my life, along with other hormone related issues such as menstrual migraines. I do want to have children, but am concerned that this may be a problem. Any advise / insight would be appreciated.
