This is my problem. I turned 35 years old last year and I feel like I'm falling apart. Turning 30 didn't seem to have the same effect on my physche as turning 35 has and my body seems to be fostering my greatest fears about aging.
I have always had a very regular period. I could, until May 2003, mark the calendar and pinpoint the start date for my period within 1-2 days. Well my last two periods and once early last year I began having a light pink to dark red discharge 3-5 days before the scheduled start date of my period. This discharge lasts until the day my period is scheduled to start and without any time lapse my regular period starts and lasts the regular 5-6 days. So I've begun having a period before my period and it's driving me crazy. Who even wants one period and month ?!!!!!!!!!
If anyone has ever experienced this and has any information please share. Thanks.

This may be something to have checked out by your doctor.
