Changes in Cycle - Might be Late - Help?

Hello, I have a few questions about my period!
Basically, there have been some changes in my cycle and symptoms over the last few months. I'll try to explain as best I can. For reference, I'm 23 years old, no children, sexually active, and not on birth control (but always use condoms).
In August 2007 my fiancé and I had an accident with a broken condom. The next day I took the Plan B pill early in the morning and then took the second dose as prescribed. That month I ended up sort of having two periods - as in, I had one, but then my next period came much earlier than expected.
After that, from September to December, my period came on the 9th of each month. Like clockwork. I would always get period symptoms a few days beforehand that alerted me my period was coming - breast tenderness and slight cramping usually.
However, in January my period came on the 10th, breaking the "exactly a month" pattern and in February my period came on the 11th. Since the beginning of the new year I haven't had any period symptoms in the days before it came like I used to. This was a little disconcerting because I had begun to rely on the symptoms as reassurance that it was coming!
This month, I expected to get my period around the 12th. It has not arrived yet and I'm a HUGE worry wart. I can't stop thinking about the possibilty of a pregnancy even though I know it's not extremely likely. I have had sex with my fiancé I think twice in the last month, but we used condoms that contained spermicidal lubricant and there weren't any accidents.
In January I began to exercise pretty intensely. Since then I go to the gym at least four times a week. Could an increase in exercise be tipping my cycle out of whack? (I have read that it can be a cause of irregular periods). Could I actually be pregnant (Eek!) Am I freaking out for no reason as it's only the 14th and I could still get my period? Is there any explanation for the ceasing of pre-period symptoms?
Anyone who could give me ANY insight (even to tell me I'm being silly and to quit worrying) would be wonderful.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
