Ok...sorry, this may be very detailed...

Anyway, I just changed BC pills last month.. I went to my gyno before AND after the change (the first pap smear couldn't be read because there was blood, I had started my period early) The second time I went was fine.. I just got my results for the pap smear yesterday..and everything was normal. However, earlier I noticed that I had a brownish discharge. My period ended about a week and a half ago.. I don't know if maybe it's just because of the new pills or what...What does brown discharge usually mean? Sorry, if I'm sounding ignorant lol I'm just not sure...

Welcome dayxdream.

Chances are your body is just adjusting to the change in birth control pills.

since you switched pills like you said its completely normal to have spotting, which could be red, pink brown....it's just your body adjusting to the new pills,it's just cleaning itself out.I had the same

Well, usually brownish discharge is something we see when blood has aged for several days, it starts to take a more brownish color inside your uterus and is being expelled, sometimes a little later. It doesn't usually mean there's a problem or anything, but I think it's the pills.
