Hi. I have a question for you all.
First of all I am 35 started Seasonique January 2007 and it works well. I am handicapped also and now in a wheelchair with declining leg strength, neuromuscular disorder, and can not stand to work with pads for my periods. Can not use tampons either have hand issues too. Do not want kids period! I heard of ESSURE and the MEA procedures and determined it to be my best option. I understand it all and have no worries there.
I have just gotten cardiological and insurance approval and want in to do it asap! I am taking Seasonique and on the of the combo pills which I have stretch out one day extra, so that I start the placebos Monday. If I go straight to the combo pills in the new pack IS IT A GOOD TIME TO HAVE THE MEA DONE? OR SHOULD I WAIT FOR MY PERIOD?

You should be good to go for the procedures at any time, it doesn't matter whether or not you're on your period.
I had an ablation done back in 2004 for very heavy/problematic periods after the birth of my daughter back in 2002.
Thank you so much for the reply. I am hoping I am one of the lucky ones that no longer have their period. Wish me luck on Monday's scheduling?
