My last period was March 31st. I only bled for 2 days. And I had a slightly brown discharge for about a week after. Usually I'll bleed a constant 4-5 days and be done. About 2 months ago, I spotted about a week before my period was due, and I have never spotted. I'm not on bc and I took a lot of pregnancy tests, even one last week, all negative. I have been cramping for about a month. It's a constant pain, in my lower back. Very similar to my first day on my period. Now it's even hurting to go to the bathroom. It's like a pressure feeling. But I know it's not a bladder infection, it would be burning. My lower belly is very bloated like there's a lot of pressure. I don't know whats wrong. All i know is that I'm in constant dull pain. I'm even starting to get nauseous because of it. I'm not due for my period for about another 2-3 weeks.
Please help.

first go to a doctor and get a blood pregnancy test (quantitative HCG) done.
It is possible you miscarried an early pregnancy and have retained tissue. This is not probably but important to rule out as it can be very dangerous.
secondly it could be a bladder infection because it is urinary tract infections that burn not bladder.
I would also have a pap done and STD testing. Certain infections can cause spotting, bloating and cramping as well.
Also you did not mention your age but if you are young it could be your cycle attempting to regulate and if you are older it could be the start of menopause or POF (premature ovarian failure)

Welcome to the board sweetgirl.
It is definitely still possible that you have a bladder infection.
