ok, i am embarrassed to say this, but i am 22 years old and COMPLETELY naive about my "female" parts.  i was never taught ANYTHING about myself, so please understand if i sound a little bit foolish for asking...

i have noticed i have a lil more discharge than normal, and after searching through hundreds of posts on here, i feel like i am ok, but i would like to know if any other women have had something similar happen just to reassure myself.  it doesnt smell "funky" (it just smells like a "vagina" lol)..i even asked my boyfriend to check it out and he said he hasnt noticed any smell.  (in fact he likes it..TMI i know, but i guess men like the smell of a woman) anyways, its not a weird color.  i dont itch or burn.  and it sure doesnt hurt when i pee.  sounds kinda silly for being so concerned, but i am.  some days its normal.  some days there are more.  its been like this for about 3 months (right around when i lost my job).  it varies from clear and watery to white and "sticky".  personally it sounds like its just ovulation fluid, but would it be on going?  or has my dishcharge just changed?

Recent changes:

I havent been eating like i should due to ALOT of stressors

I started smoking again

I stopped going to the gym (used to go 7 days a week..now none)

I think I might be clinically depressed

I dont sleep (i have insomnia)

I am constipated (YAY)

I havent had the pleasure of suffering through a YI, so i thought maybe it could have beent that, but it doesnt itch and its not "cottage cheese like..

I appreciate ANYONE who can answer or throw something my way.  I also read that a small percentage of women reach a certain age and have a lot more fluid like its just the bodies way of saying "lets make a baby: even though we dont ovulate for months at a time.

I think i have covered what i needed to..so if i need to give more info please let me know.

Thanks so much ladies!!!

Hello, Honey I have had discharge that was clear and it does not not really mean anything, as long as you haven't missed your period, then you have nothing to worry about, I think it may be due to all of the changes but just to be on the safe side, go to
