Ovarian cysts

I was told today (by my cardiologist lol) that I have a 2.3 cm ovarian cyst. The cyst was found by a ct scan done in the er on Monday. They didn't mention it to me in the er (they were looking for something else). My cardiologist said I could make an appointment with my gyn if I was interested in finding out more info on it.. I'm not sure there's any need to, is there? I mean, should I?? There's not much they can do about it right?? And I already kind of figured I had them.. The report simply states "There is a 2.3 cm hypodense lesion in the right ovary.." Under impression: "Right ovarian hypodense lesion likely ovarian cysts versus prominent follicle, if clinical concern recommend pelvic ultrasound for further evaluation." So I guess I'm just wondering if there's any point in making an appointment with my doc to discuss this..??

I was thinking the same thing about the cysts and not ovulating. That is kind of strange huh!? I wonder if it's possible that I am still ovulating?? I mean, I still get menstrual symptoms, the back ache, the bloating, the sore boobs, the headaches, the cravings.. And they seem to come in cycles, like every few weeks.. I just never get my period. I know I'm not pregnant because they ran a pg test at the
Beck, I was thinking you were on the pill (excuse my brain lapse).
