Regular yeast infection after period

Hello, I tend to get regular yeast infections just after my period. My gyno didn't really say anything about it and the last time prescribed a one time pill. This did make it go away within a day which was great but now it is back. I can't remember what it was called but I do know it is prescription only.

Does anyone know of an OTC treatment I could try that exists in Europe? I asked for Acidiphilus tablets once and they had no idea what that was.

Thanks

They're called hormonal yeast infections.. I used to get them as well, only mine were always the week before my period.. (I have the Mirena IUD now and am not having my period anymore due to it so I haven't had to deal with the yeast infections either.) It never failed, every single month, the week before my period, I'd get a yeast infection.. For me though they always cleared up on their own during my period.. One thing you can do to get rid of them is use plain, unflavored yogurt. You dip your finger in and insert the yogurt into your vagina and you can even smear it on the outside to relive the itching and burning. It can be a bit messy but it
