Hi there,
Your HCG levels will go up as your pregnancy develops. In early pregnancy it should escalate over the first couple of weeks, so what is happening sounds normal.
The ovarian cyst may have been there before you got pregnant, or you may have tried to ovulate twice on the month that you got pregnant, with one ending up as a pregnancy, and the other a cyst.
As it is early in the pregnancy, it's very early to be noticing any symptoms. Morning sickness usually kicks in about a month after pregnancy. Also, pregnancy symptoms vary from pregnancy to pregnancy, so you may not have any morning sickness, or it may come later on than your previous pregnancy.
I just wanted to put in my two cents.
