This is going to be completely TMI cause I have no idea how else to let you know what's going on where... so here goes....
I have had pelvic pain for the last couple months really acute. I have had all the PG symptoms for that time period as well - only I am / was not PG. (we are trying though)... Then lately to help figure out when ovulation happens I started doing cervical checks... that when I noticed that just inside my vagina there is a lump. it was big enough that at first I thought it was my cervix then noticed that that wasn't it... well, needless to say I found my cervix spit second later. this lump doesn't hurt but it does explain why DTD has been quite uncomfortable at first... any ideas on what this could be? anyone else ever had this happen? My husband deploys in roughly 6 months and I don't need to have any kind of unattended cervical stuff going on.. I want to be PG during that time.... please help me.... I have an OB appointment on 9-9-08 and I am hoping things won't get worse before then...

Hi there,
It's possible that the pelvic pain is caused by a ovarian cyst, but there's no way to know for sure without checking in with your obgyn. The lump you found in your vagina could be normal, or it could be a cyst. I suggest you talk to your obgyn about these things at your next appointment. An ovarian cyst could potentially cause some problems in you getting pregnant, depending on the type of cyst.
