Hey all,
I have posted things before on this and got great help and feedback. I'm back again with a new problem. I am in a steady relationship of 4 years.
The problem that I have is that every now and then I get pain during intercourse. It is always in a certain spot(Deep inside) and the pain is unbearable. After and for up to 3 days it is uncomfortable for me to sit sometimes, when I walk the banging of my foot on the floor causes a dull pain (usually in either the right or left side of my lower abdomem). If I press on my lower abdomen/stomach I have pain and when going to the toilet (Number 2's) I also have pain. Has anyone ever experienced this or has anyone any idea what is wrong?
Another question I have is that a few years ago I was on my period (1st day of it). I had sex and after blood just started gushing from inside. The blood had large clots in it. When I got home, I was taken to the doctor as I was bleeding constantly (I had to wear pads like nappies it was so bad and change them every half hour). The doctor didn't know what had happened and gave me ponston. I had had the bleeding for 2 days now and it was new years eve so I worked in a Pub so I had to try and go to work because it was sooo busy. Any way I got through the night and then collapsed and got sick. The bleeding eventually stopped after the third day.
I have never found out what could have caused this. The main thing I am thinking of now is did it effect me in any way or has it caused any damage. Could the problem above have something to do with it? Could something like that make you infertile (not that I want a baby now i'm 24 but I do in the he future).
Your views on any of this would be great.
Thanks a million.

Hi there,
Sounds to me like it's about time you saw a doctor. The heavy bleeding you experienced that time could have been caused by a polyp that had too much pressure put on it during intercourse, or hit the wrong way, causing it to bleed. As another poster said, other things like fibroids and endometriosis can also cause problems.
