What kind of gowns are provided at your doctor's office?  Cloth, paper?  Solid color, floral, geometric patterns?  Does the office provide various sizes so that the gown covers appropriately?

No gowns here. The doctor sees you in his offices (meaning he doesn't go around from one examination room to another and you don't spend time clothed only in paper). There's a curtain for privacy, you only take off what needs to be seen. The nurse helps if needed.

So, if you're having a breast exam, do you sit topless until the doctor comes behind the screen to examine you?

Oh no, not at all.

I go in, see the doctor, tell her what's been happening (or not happening). Then I go behind the screen, take off my top, and when I'm ready the doctor sees me. No sitting in an examination room topless or half naked wondering when the doctor will come :-)

They have cloth ones with blue print whatever. No sizes to choose, but I can use two at once - one tied in the front and one tied in the back. And speaking of paper, I despise the paper used on the exam tables. They always get stuck to my butt! :)

My Dr does not offer a gown. The nurse tells me to get undressed for the waist down and gives me a little paper sheet to cover up with. The room is always cold and I hate how long they make me sit in there and wait!

I hate the paper sheet!

I wonder why they keep those rooms so cold.
