hey cathy! i am around- i just have been so busy, i have not had a chance to log on! i am still doing well on the armour thyroid med! i have more energy and i have started exercising again. i also started teaching my ballet classes, so i can really feel my muscles! now i need to work on my eating habits! slowly. i have started having a fruit smoothie in the morning instead of a pop tart! i think this is a good step. i want to drop 10-12 lbs before i get pg. again!
You "sound" so much better! I can feel the energy in your post! I'm so happy for you. It seems like that was a change worth making. That's just great. I hope you feel better and better as time goes on! Hugs, Cathy :)
