Exercising 4-3wks- no change (UGH!)

i am sad. as i have been exercising 3-4 times a week and i still do not see a difference in my body. i also have been eating more fruit/veg. and drinking more water. i feel my body getting toner-definetly- but when i tried on my jeans thinking "it has been 3 wks, surely they will fit just a tad looser" nothing had changed. i had lost 2 lbs, but they have come right back? should i consider taking a vitamin? and an omega 3 supplement? i have heard that mentioned here before. which vitamin- like a one a day womens, or something? i need a boost!

Congratulations on the exercise regimen and sticking to it!! I'm impressed! Lord knows it's hard enough for me just to get out of bed in the mornings, let alone try to do something productive like exercising. The most exercise I get is at work, walking up and down the steps to go outside to smoke a cigarette! Pathetic, isn't it???
Anyway, I wanted to ask if you've noticed any change in your energy level? Years ago when I was exercising regularly, the biggest thing I noticed was that change. I had more energy for everything! I noticed that I could almost eat what I wanted (within reason, of course) and maintain my weight but what a difference in the energy I had.
I just wanted to try to offer some encouragement...we all know it's a slow process but you will get there and you are already seeing/feeling results...keep at it and it will get better!!!
