Stress and hypo

Hi all:

I'm back from my vacation. I was stressed before leaving that the symptoms I was having would ruin our trip. I did notice that the long-haul flight and jet-lag were harder than ever to cope with, but amazingly, I had only one day in 2 weeks when I felt bad enough to go to bed. I felt basically good the whole time; only noticing that it was hard for me to find words sometimes.

Since being back, and starting back in with the hectic commute and work, getting my daughter back in to preschool mode, never on top of the housework, daily life STRESS, I have been exhasuted, and had some of the worst brain fog, dry skin, digestive trouble and sore throat that I've had to-date. So I can only conclude that stress really makes my symptoms come out (or rather, relaxation really helps keep them at bay).

I have to come up with a plan to keep the stress down during my daily life... not sure how I'm going to manage it....

Yeesh,

Dee.

Hi Dee - I'm glad your vacation went so well. I was wondering when you'd be back!! The best way for me to deal with stress is to work out. I can't think of anything that helps more. Eating right also helps tremendously. Nothing hurts more when you're stresses than to eat a bunch of junk! LOL!! I've done it and always felt badly afterward. So eat right and work out!! That's my advice. Kind of boring, no? Glad to have you back! Hugs,Cathy :)
