Hi Amy - I have lost almost all my other symptoms but the cold hands and feet just won't go away!! And my TSH is down to 1.8 so I don't know how low it would have to go to where I can get warm hands and feet. If you find anything out from your doctor, let us know. I don't have a follow up appointment 'til January so I would be interested to see if you find anything out. Cathy :)

Hi there, my tsh is down to 1.248 and while a lot of the symptoms have gone away, I am still cold all the time. And I'm still fat, but I am sitting at my computer working on my homework and freezing cold. All of my classes are in English this term and I have to do a lot of reading and writing papers which means I am on my butt a lot. I have only been at the computer this morning for 20 minutes and am already cold. Too bad I can't type in gloves. (I've tried) Mary

Hang in there mary. I will get some answers from my dr today, because I suffer from this day to day, cold hands and feet, I live in a warm climate so my body is hot but my hands and feet are cold.....all the time. Isn't that strange? Well just hang in there and I will post tonight what the dr says about this.....

The dr says that some people that don't ever get over the cold hands and feet, the dr just says that the blood vessels just contract and that is what makes them cold, but he just said that run them under warm water and wear socks..........and he said that the brain fog could be anxiety....so they put me on cymbalta....

Hope this helps

i don't know I am kind of hesitant on taking it, all of the other anxiety meds have made me go haywire lol hallucinations and other mental anguish.....has anyone taken it before, I will take the first one this afternoon...If anyone has taken it let me know on the adverse effect please.......the only side effect it claims to have is nausea so hopefully it will work for me this time.......
