Does anyone else that is hypo still have cold hands and feet, I try everything and my hands and feet are always so cold.....I have been on meds for a year now and I still get real brain fogged and my hands and feet are so cold.....I put socks on and they are still cold, put them in warm water and they get cold real quick after taking them out, and they are cold in shoes and socks....just wondering if someone else has encountered this also....Your thoughts and suggestions would be much appreciated...I have a dr appt tomorrow so maybe he has some answers.......

Hang in there mary. I will get some answers from my dr today, because I suffer from this day to day, cold hands and feet, I live in a warm climate so my body is hot but my hands and feet are cold.....all the time. Isn't that strange? Well just hang in there and I will post tonight what the dr says about this.....
Amy
The dr says that some people that don't ever get over the cold hands and feet, the dr just says that the blood vessels just contract and that is what makes them cold, but he just said that run them under warm water and wear socks..........and he said that the brain fog could be anxiety....so they put me on cymbalta....
Hope this helps
