How did everyone spend their extra hour today?

I set my alarm for 7:30 when I went to sleep, left my clock on the old time, woke up at 7:30 and set my clock back the hour so I could sleep through it again! LOL! Then I woke up and worked out. What did you guys do???? Cathy :)

Hi Cathy:

Well, I wish I'd thought to do what you did... but I forgot (big surprise these days), and woke up late (as usual) and ran around trying to get ready for my daughter's little party. When we realized about the extra hour, though, we all sat down and had a long breakfast together, which was nice.

Have a great week!

That sounds like a very fun way to spend your extra hour!! The tiredness was probably worth it. Cathy :)

That sounds like it was fun - the breakfast, not the forgetting!! :) How was your daughter's party? Cathy

Hey Cathy:

The party was so much fun. Just 4 preschoolers and their parents, but my mother is a retired preschool teacher so she had all these wonderful activities and treats for them. My daughter was so tired that she barely made it trick-or-treating (we only took her to the few neighbor's houses that we know, but we live in a neighborhood that is swamped with kids all evening--- we gave out 9 bags of candy!)

It was a bright spot for me in an otherwise stressful week.

Thanks for coming up with the question, because it made me look at things a little differently, which I needed.

Dee.

No one told my one year old daughter about the time change. So she woke up at 5:30. The two of us got to spend some quiet bondig time together before the rest of the family got up.
