Hi Chrissy - a cortisol test is a way to test to see if your adrenal gland is working correctly. Sometimes people with thyroid conditions also have adrenal problems.

Cortislim is a way for drug manufacturers to capitilize on the fact that we want to lose weight without eating right or exercising. And the discovery that the hormone cortisol - what is known as the "stress" hormone, is responsible for a lot of weight gain, particularly in the stomach. Cortisol - the hormone - seems to escort fat to the stomach! LOL! I wouldn't advise anyone to take Cortislim or any other weight loss pills. They are full of sometimes dangerous ingredients and at the very least, they contain ingredients that could be dangerous but are not yet tested. It isn't worth it, imho. Hope this helps. Cathy :)
