doc called and said tsh is low 0.01. took antibodies test today.
i have insomnia. go to bed at 10 pm, fall asleep at 6am and dont' even sleep that well, wake up at 8am. so i'm EXHAUSTED yet gittery, my heart is racing and my lymph nodes are swollen and i think my thyroid is too. i'm so irritable my husband can't ask me any questions without me freaking out. also my face feels like burning tingling. losing weight rapidly. legs and arms sore. hair loss

any advice about what to do for insomnia would be great. and i'm so sick of this. this isn't fair. i understand that life isn't fair but how am i suppose to function with 2 babies and deal with this STUFF.

Apologies, just really ticked off right now. especially about the hair loss.

Hi Palmdessa,

I don't know if they can help, but you might want to pop over to the Insomnia/Sleep Problems board and see what suggestions they have.

yeah doctor went out of town, wont' be back until monday. I'd have to go in and see another doctor to get a beta blocker. the lady at the doctors office seemed annoyed with me as well as the receptionist, for even daring to ask if there was ANYTHING they could do. they said, "We can't do anything and another provider has to see you, he is not going to put his licsense on the line for THAT"...all i asked (and very nicely) is there anything they can give me in the meantime to help with the racing heart and insomnia. BUT NOPE. I HATE ABSOLUTELY HATE THe medical business. that's all it is is ONE BIG BUSINESS and i think they are all heartless, cold and the nurses are all soOoo mean. it's almost like in order to be a nurse you have to have NO HEART!
