Thyroid Antibodies....

I'm sure that you guys probably don't remember me but I posted here a few weeks ago, telling you guys that my thyroid has somewhat yo-yo'd (but mostly stayed hyper) until it finally (about 6 weeks ago) "burned itself out" and I am now on Synthroid.  I also told you that I tested positive for thyroid antibodies but that I didn't know which one(s).  Well, since I'm wanting to conceive a child within the next 6-9 months, I decided to go get my labs that showed me which antibodies.  Here were my results:

Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) = 50 IU/mL (which means that I was negative for this one since it says a positive result would be anything over 120)

Thyroglobulin AB = 174 IU/mL (which means I'm positive for this one since a positive result is 120 or higher)

I remember my doctor telling me back then (may of 2005) that, even though I am positive for the antibody, it wasn't really that high.

I did miscarry about 4 years ago (November of 2002) but I don't know what my antibody levels were back then since it wasn't until 3 years later that I started having problems related to my thyroid.  Also, I know that a high percentage of women miscarry at least once (especially during their first pregnancy), anyway.  I'm worrying myself to death, thinking, "Okay, why did I miscarry?  Was it my thyroid or just a fluke thing?  And if it was my thyroid, will I do it again?"

My TSH and T4 levels are now where they should be (thanks to the Synthroid) but I read that, sometimes, it doesn't matter what those levels are if you are positive for antibodies....you're still at a higher risk of miscarriages.  I know that I will really never know why I lost my first baby but I would appreciate any thoughts you guys might have on the matter.  Has anyone else here tested positive for this antibody and had babies or tried to have a baby?  If so, any suggestions other than regular TSH & T4 checks.  I also know that my Synthroid will probably have to be raised during pregnancy.  Anyway, thanks in advance for any input!
