I had my thyroid killed about 5 years ago and am still having problems. I have seen 4 or 5 doctors including endocrinologists. The main problem I am having is that I am always hot. I can take a shower and dry my hair and after that I feel I need to re-shower. After i feel hot is drains all my energy and I feel weak. I have been told that I just need to live with this, but I feel there must be some help for me. If amyone has experienced this problem, I would appreciate any help. I have reached a dead end

Hi Galgeri,

I'm familiar with the heat angle since I usually am warm also.

My thyroid was killed just because my numbers were hugh, I was hyperthryoid. Fans and light clothes sometimes do not even help.
I can just be dusting and be dripping wet The doctors do just look at my numbers and not my symptoms.

Hi Geri,

I have no idea if this is anything that you're dealing with but there is a condition called hyperhidrosis.
