Does anyone know what it means when your TSH, T4, & T3 levels are normal but you have high Thyroid Peroxides AB & high Thyroglobulin AB levels? I am confused on what this means. I feel like I have symptoms of a hypothyroid, I am always tired, I can't lose weight to save my life, I have dry skin etc. The funny things is when I was pregnant, (I had trouble getting) however I wound up losing weight that I was skinner the day before I gave birth then I was before I got pregnant. Then when I gave birth I still was 20lbs lighter then when I started and it felt like overnight I put back on the 20 lbs + another 10 and I pretty much eat the same. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant and now when I went to the Endo and he took blood, I am borderline for Diabetes but he didn't say anything about the other Thyroid functions being high. Any thoughts?

Hi chrissy_chrissy24,
I did a search and found this site for the thyroid peroxidase figure which apparently refers to the antibody test.

If your figure was high, you may have some issues with the autoimmune form of thyroid disease - either Hashimoto's (hypo) or Graves' (hyper).
