Hi, After 3 months my levels are finally back to normal, no more nana naps for me!! Worked out that I only put on 5 kgs, but need to lose this to get back to my normal weight.

I have just recently started taking Omega3 fish oil supplements and have also heard that Omega6 Evening Primrose oil supplements is supposed to be good (or helps with) for weight loss. Was wondering if anyone out there has had success with either of these two and if so, is it possible that Omega3 and Omega6 can be taken together.

Am I wishing for pie in the sky?

Hi skiwi2006,

I'm not taking those supplements so I don't know about any weight loss help they might give.

Hi Lara, thanks for that. The Omega3 I take is the eico and doco acid tablets. As I am new to this could you please explain the ratio of taking the tablets to me. The Omega3 says that I should take 2 tablets 3 times a day with food. Actually I am not an American I live at the bottom of the World.

Thanks
Al

I think in your situation I would just go with whatever the label tells you.
