TSH on low normal side, elevated T4?

Hi Ladies,
It has been a while since I posted. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in Sept-Oct 2006. I am on 50 mcg of levothyroxine. I have had bleeding/spotting between periods for about 3.5 years. My (now former) gyno just kept putting me on a new bc pill. I have found a new dr to investigate why I am bleeding. He did a blood test on my thyroid. The results: TSH was normal, but on the low normal end, and my T4 is elevated. I looked this up on the Web, and it says this is hyperthyroid. I do not feel hyper, I have not lost any weight, I actually still feel hypo. Anyone else had test results like this? My gp's office is closed today, so I have to wait until Monday to call them. Any info/advice will be appreciated!
Jess

Hi,
I was diagnosed with hashimoto's hypo 4 years ago. If I could make a suggestion, go see an endocronologist. The endo specializes in this field and is the best person to tell you what to do. Your gp is a doctor too but is not a specialist in this field.
