ok i dont think i have a thyroid problem, but i may do, i'm not sure.
so i cannot afford to take any blood tests to find out anyway. i like taking my vitamin supplements and i came out across "dr michael murray thyroid health formula" the bottle says it nourishes and supports the thyroid. is it dangerous for me to take this or is it just vitamins?

My initial reaction to a product such as this would be that it probably doesn't do anything for your thyroid.
If I'm looking at the right suppliment, it contains iodine - which is good for some thyroid conditions - but others should avoid. It also contains tyrosine, which is commonly recommended for low thyroid - but some people are very sensitive to. I found that out the hard way :)
