I told them....

We finally got the courage to let our parents know about our reversal plans.  My MIL is super excited, and surprisingly enough, my parents were ok with it too.  I was SO worried that my Mom would say "ooh honey, you KNOW how dangerous that is for you, and you are going to overwhelm yourself with all those kids".  But, instead, she nicely said "sweetheart, it's your life and you can do whatever you want to, however, I cannot babysit 6-8 kids, so you'll have to find a babysitter", lol!  They are full time RV'ers and live in our side yard all Summer.  She does PCA for my 2 younger kids and babysits for me too when they're here.  I don't need sitters that often but I may have to start scheduling both of the Gramma's at the same time :o)  I also have a couple neighbor girls that I might have to try out.

We're going to get 4 foster kids on Friday, so hopefully it's not too long term.  This may be our last placement because we'll quit when I get pregnant.

Anyways, very happy to have that out of the way.  They've always knew we wanted more kids, just through adoption, not birth.

Now I'm even more excited :o)

Thanks for all the well wishes ladies :o)

Yay!!!! That is wonderful. I am so glad they're as excited as you are. :)

You know, when we had 5, I started hiring a mommy's helper for when my MIL babysat. You can hire a 13-15 year old, to help with the kids and it costs less than a babysitter. Plus you have an adult there you really know and trust.

Hugs,

You are also at a point that it will start to get easier...I found that once my children turned 7, they were able and willing to do so much with the baby!
