PRAYER NEEDED FOR BAILEYELIZABETH

This am Stacey had a bad seizure (the first one she's ever had) she is 26 wks pg. All 4 kids were home alone with her. And I was on the phone when it happened. I called 911 when I heard what was happening. And they took her by ambulance to the local neonatl hosp. (30min away). And at first they thought it was eclampsia. But when they investigated further the catscan showed a brain tumor, about 2cm in diameter. After doing the MRI they saw it was not only the 2cm mass they also saw a lot more lesions on her brain.

They do not know what is going on. The baby looks wonderful. But they do have to take the baby in consideration when they decide what step to take next. I look like the baby the baby will be delivered with in the next few weeks. They have been giving her steroids for the babys lungs, so they are prepared for early delivery.

She is considering a Gadoliniom onhanced MRI (dye inhanced) But don't know if there are risks to the baby. The neurologist could only find one case study in the United States with only 14 women, and the out come on their babies were good. She has a lot of decisions to make.
