I have decided to do this early the evening before..

That way some may already know what's for dinner the day before

AND some of our friends that are *ahead* of us will have it here for them

So ..

What's for dinner tonight?

Anyone BBQing ..

Calling out for pizza ..

Cooking something healthy ..

Let's hear it ..

You know how our *inquiring minds* are

Geez I am just about to prepare it! Lamb Fillets with Tomato Mint Raita. Taste wise, cumin, coriander, garlic and yoghurt coating the lamb, BBQ'd and then when served topped with yoghurt, mint, chopped tomato and lemon juice combined. Probably just plain old steamed potatoe with that and some peas. Easy for ds to heat up after football practice! Hilary

I think we'll have some sort of fish tonight. I'll see what kind when I get to the grocery. Along with it some corn on the cob we still have and green beans and of course, a salad. :)

Today? I have no idea. I have orange roughy in the freezer, but hate the smell of fish that hangs around the house later. Love the fish though! Any ideas how to avoid that fishy smell?

Yeah, I know what you mean! Could you grill it outside on some oil sprayed foil? Just a thought. Otherwise, I take any lemon left overs and after cleaning up, grin them in the insinkerator (sp?, lol) That helps a little. Another trick I've used is to sprinkle, stir in cinnamon into water and nuke it for a little. :)

Hmmm...once again, I am stumped. We had Barilla tortalini last night! The three cheese flavor is SO good!!

I have no clue what to make for dinner. I may have to make some fish. I have some whiting filets in the freezer, so that always helps. Now, the only question is, how to prepare them??? ;o)

Much love,

Golly, my mother in law in Arkansas used to cook green beans for like an hour. Literally boiled them to death!!!! Is that one way you Americans cook them or was she just doing it the oldfashioned way!? Hilary
