Hang in!
I had a bad day yesterday (Thursday). I don't know what it was. I was DANG DEPRESSED. I tried to tolerate myself for my kids' sake. I put on a new patch, which didn't seem to help much. Talk about a black day. I really thought I was done for. Today is much better.
Cravings. This time around they really are beating me up. It's like they pick me up and shake me around for awhile, put me down and do it again later. Ya know?
Mel, yeah you're right, it'll get better and both of us will get back on track. Today I picked up a really good multivitamin and some chewable Cs. I want to make a habit of taking my vitamins. I know I need them. But that makes me feel better, like I really am going to do this (keep on taking better care of self).
A biggie is what I joked about, becoming laid-back. I'm so darned high-strung! But I have my mellow moments, even more when I realize how dumb some of the reasons I stress out are.
Well, good luck! Stay close.

You remember good days and bad .. good usually follow bad..
Please stay strong .. I have lots of faith in you, always :)

I don't live near Ft. Wayne, I live about an hour SW of Indy. It's hard being a northerner down here -- unless you hang around the university, and then you could be from ANYWHERE. They've got the Clan down here, and some people hang confederate flags out their windows to scare African Americans away, so much racism, it's scary! Very much the Civil War era down here. :::shudder:::

Isn't Indy ole Dan Quayle's home?? Family-values city?? Who'd of guessed!
Stay strong Yogi....and Great on the vitamins - especially helpful when stressed.
Hugs at ya,
Tracy
