I decided we'd have something simple here. Our version of spanish rice and fruit salad. How about you, ordering out, going out, company coming?

Here, well, maybe I'll fix that box of couscous my healthy friend gave me to try -- it's not from the grocery, but the health food store. This box says it is organic whole wheat, 100% semolina.
There is a recipe on the side -- looks Indian because of the curry powder. I may try it without the spices. It is called Casbah CousCous Chicken.
I just need some garbanzo beans and an onion, and grape juice (calls for wine but we don't have any of that). Got everything else. I'll let you know if I actually go through with cooking it. LOL
Have a great day!

**That really sounds good...and healthy too. Hope you fix it. :)
You're right, not very spicy Spanish rice here. Just a little bit of chili powder.
