We're having leftover ONion Burgers.

They are like sloppy joes, but instead:

Brown 1 pound ground beef and drain.

Add one can Campbells French Onion Soup and a 1/4 cup of water.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on the stuff.

Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM!! Serve on onion rolls open face and eat with fork.

AND we're having 'Fire Roasted Vegetables' with it.

AND of course a humongous glass of Ice Cold Skim MIlk!! GOT MILK!

**Well you're sure organized for the day today .. already knowing what's for dinner

They sound pretty tasty too .. Wonder if you can really *taste* those onions ..

I would make it too except that my kids don't like onions ..

Enjoy .. and oh yes .. got to have milk

Tracy, that sounds so good and simple too! I've never tried it but I'm sure going to. Great idea and we both love onions !

You know there are just some things that I think I've gotta have milk with that (esp cookies) lol. But I think, yes, this recipe of yours would be one.

Thanks for the input. :)

It IS really delish - - I'm not generally a meat-eater, but this is good - - and like I said, when I was a kid, I thought this was Sloppy Joes....cause they ARE sloppy, but later I found out what a REAL sloppy Joe was and went on a Sloppy Joe kick to rival my CHeeto craves.!(LOL)

Even better warmed up from previous day.

Well, I took some pork chops out of the freezer, but I think I will make them for DH & I'll eat something more simple. I really don't like pork & red meat as much as I used to! ;o)

I REALLY need to go grocery shopping too!! Ugghhh!!

I think I'll make a baked potato & some green beans to go with it! ;o)

Much love,

**That's what I often do DJ. Just makes sense to me. :)

I decided to have leftovers so I'll go to the grocery store tomorrow and get some lean beef and onion buns and try Tracy's style sloppy joes. :)

Oh yeah - - do it Golly .....and I know you don't like to eat tons of meat, so do what I do - - take lots of the juicy part and not so much meat.

If you like onion flavor, you will really like this.

Don't forget the milk!(VBG)
