Ok, here we are, July! Hot and steamy here. Any ideas? I know we'll have a cool crisp salad. I'll just use basalmic vinegar on it. :) That's as far as I've gotten. ;)

**Sheesh! Don't ya love it? Last year our visitors didn't call or show up so at dinner time we just went ahead and enjoyed the pot roast (and trimmings) I'd fixed for them. They ended up showing up at about 10 that night-hungry! Sheesh. Luckily, I'd made plenty and they seemed happy to have it nuked in the microwave.

Hope you do enjoy them Hilary. :)

Ok, I decided. I'm just going to expand that salad into a much bigger one, add chicken, cheese and some egg slices for protein and some more calcium. And blueberry muffins to go with it. Then there'll be some muffins for breakfast too. :)

We had a salad last night, so tonight, we're having broiled chicken wingettes, peas & some type of potato dish.

Yummy :oP

Well, since I have to work--it will be PUB food. Think Ill go w/ a turkey sandwich on rye. Last tuesday me and my work -partner had a fried extravaganza-we were BORED. We had wings, potato skins, mozzerella sticks and jalopena poppers..and then some FRIES!!We eat for free so whenever the urge hits we just order whatever we want..I know it sounds like fun--but one can only take so much pub food.We also have burgers, sheperds pie, fish and chips, grilled grouper amd chicken sandwiches..not to mention chicken fingers, french onion soup and various salads..but the dressings are not ho-made, so I usually bring in "good" dressing from home...Have I got yall hungry yet<>!! I was TRYING too..Misery LOVES company!!!Well, I had better rest--got a LOOOOONNNNNNNNGGGG nite ahead...Mel
