Well I have looked everywhere for this recipe. I cant find it so I guess I will share my idea with you. Heat up the grill.

please be creative use your favorites:

Cut foil into pieces about 12-18 inches long.

on each foil place:

one boneless skinless chicken breast sprinkeld with season

(I use McCormack herb chicken season)

put two pats of margarine on top

then add veggies (here is the creative part)

I am using tonight red potatoes

fresh mushrooms

onions

and baby carrots(adds color)

top with salt pepper and one more pat of butter (or I cant belive its not butter)

fold the foil so the butter dont leak when melted. place on grill for 30-40 min

or till chicken is done.

thats it one pack per person

the cool part is it is quick easy and can easily be customized for picky eaters.

If you try this recipe and like it let me know your personal variety.

Sounds good and healthy too if we use a butter substitute. Thanks Mary! I'll probably use

onion, cut up potatoes and carrots (my fav combo for roasting) :)

YES YES YES!! Great idea Mary!

I had forgotten we used to do something like that when we camped and it always came out DEEEEEEEEEElicious!!

I remember one we did with just sliced potatoes and red onion and peppers- I think we sprinkled bacon bits on too....but it was so good just to smell it. I think we just used the spray oil on it and it was still good.

I'm going to try your chicken packet. . . anything that makes cooking easy and less mess is for me!!
