So what's it going to be for tonight .. anyone know yet, LOL

I find during the summer time I want to cook even less than in winter and fall

I much prefer to munch here and there :::blush:::

I need all the help and ideas I can get .. So let's hear it please!

I posted this somewhere else tonight but cooked cous cous tonight and just loved it!! Put the leftovers in the freezer for next week when dh and ds are in your neck of the woods! Hilary

I decided to have crab cakes and with them rice, crisp cold salad, and hash browns.

Using spray oil, should be good and healthy. I do think I'll have a bit of protein in the form of some peanut butter on celery midafternoon. Sometimes, fish can leave me hungry.

I am so with you on that "Summer Munching"--eating a big HOT dinner sounds so un-appealing, but alas tonite I am cooking. I had some cornish game hens in the freezer that I will roast with some herbs,and make some broccoli,corn(for men-hi in carbs)and baked potatoes loaded w/ sour cream and chives--I know I will break down and eat 1/2 of a SMALL potato...but I am PMSING..and I NEED it!! mel

Lol, enjoy Mel. That small potato has good stuff in it too-just easy on the butter or sour cream. ;)

I forgot to thaw out some meat yesterday, so we had tuna fish sandwiches. DH usually plays basketball each Wednesday as well, so having something light on those days is best.

I was naughty again with the onion rings! :::blushing:::!

Hey, I *have* to finish the bag!! Right?? ;o)
