> will have tuna and an apple, as my diet says! If anyone wants to have that its not bad but its not really what Id chose!

**I hear you on that! I often have that tuna for lunch. I always feel good that I got in that good protein though. ;)

>I feel like when I was in school just thinking about friday!!! To rest!!!

**Lol and you deserve it! Yup, imo, resting our muscles is just as important as working them. :) Smart idea getting that cake out of your sight. ;)

>Ok, Hope you all have a nice HEALTHY dinner!!

You too Stargirl. Nice to see you here. :)

Awwwwww, Kim, that is SOOOOOOO great about Josh! He sounds wonderful

It's so *refreshing* to me to hear about your life these days. A young

lady who, since joining this board, has gotten the job at the gym, bought

a house, and NOW....hopefully a very special new guy in her life:)

Please do let us know how your first *real* date goes. Can't wait to hear.

Hi Kim!

We're so glad you found us too! :) Love your shares and having a young buddy to workout with-smile.

I'm so glad you're going slow and easy on this friendship, Kim, especially if you had two bad experiences by *jumping into* the other relationships. He sounds like a keeper and your dad sounds like a great guy too!

Enjoy that first official date. ;)

Have a great weekend hon.

Hi Stargirl!

Boy, that Tuna sounds Yummy!! (not) (vbg)

Hey, a small piece of cake once in a while won't kill you. I'm a big believer in moderation and variety. Like you are doing, just get back to healthy and exercise right away.

Have a great Healthy weekend!

Yes, he is good value our visitor at the moment. I came down here at 4.30 this morning and found TWO empty bottles of red on the bench lol!!! and I don't drink red!!! Boy, will they be feeling crook when they get up!!! HA!!! The casserole tastes fantastic even if I say so myself and is very, very lo fat!! Mind you I made the potatoe dish with cream rather than the usual skim milk, and added butter to the green vegetable and maple syrup to the carrots. Caramel icecream, but no-one had any! Hilary

It's a toss-up between tacos or the chicken parm that I was *supposed* to make yesterday.

Much love,

Thank you Kim, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post this morning!! It is great to see you so happy and the world a much brighter place for you these days! Josh sounds kind of special and there is no need to rush in, just go with the flow and see what happens. It is a funny world and love usually knocks your socks off when you least expect it! Have fun :-) and don't be too serious! Hilary
