What will it be? Having company? Eating out? A picnic? Curious minds like to know. ;)

We'll be firing up the bbq for hamburgers (low fat) tonight and with it, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, pickles, slaw and corn on the cob. Dessert will be strawberries that are still on sale! Yippee! lol

He would love it but considering ds spent a week in a Canadian hospital last week with food poisoning I don't think we will do that, thanks anyway! lol!!

I use ground beef (we call it mince meat), egg, chopped onion, squirt (you know what I mean) of tomatoe and worcestershire sauces and a handful of parsley, some garlic, ground pepper, form it into a loaf, spread chutney (fruit sauce) over the top and bake it. I usually put the potatoes in at the same time 'cause they take about the same to cook. Sometimes make up some instant gravy for the fellas!

IN CASE YOU HADN'T NOTICED I HAVE A COMPLETE MENTAL BLOCK ON WHETHER POTATO AND TOMATOE DO OR DO NOT HAVE AN "E" ON THE END. LOL!!! Hilary

Nice to see you this wonderful Sunday morning! Have never cooked a potroast but on American TV shows it is incredible how often they talk about potroast. Sounds like a good idea in this cold weather we are having!! Rest, relax and enjoy your weekend. Hilary
