For those who DO eat their big meal at lunch time, I changed the subject .

So, what's everyone going to have? I have no idea but am thinking of baked chicken, (shake and bake),salad, cranberry sauce, squash. :)

Ohhhhh!! Now **this** is a public service thread!! Maybe if I start thinking about this now I won't end up with leftovers, huh? ;)

I think maybe some baked chicken w/ greenbeans. maybe some brown rice dish on the side with some garlic-y kinds of seasonings? Yeah....that sounds pretty good!

Thanks, Golly!!!

Well it is a **great** idea!! I post my workout on another forum (t-tapp) with a group to stay accountable. dont' post, you are on the MWA list (Missing WITHOUT Action!) LOL! But I never thought about posting about what's for dinner (or main meal as the case may be.) It really is a super idea.

Oh & so you guys know, I'm usually only on the internet in the mornings. Don't have it at home. Believe it or not, I live in a town so small there **isn't** a dial up number!! LOL!
