For those who DO eat their big meal at lunch time, I changed the subject .

So, what's everyone going to have? I have no idea but am thinking of baked chicken, (shake and bake),salad, cranberry sauce, squash. :)

>>Ohhhhh!! Now **this** is a public service thread!! Maybe if I start thinking about this now I won't end up with leftovers, huh? ;)

**Hi Jo,

Lol, this thread really does help me think about good eating and something different. :)

Looks like chicken is coming up the winner so far for today. ;) Yay on the brown rice. :)

Thanks!! I **try** to stick to no sugar/no flour and mainly God Made carbs for three days, then let myself have a break on the fourth day. Brown rice & steelcut oats help me get my bulk carbs without being too processed. You know? Another thing I really like is when I give the kids spagetti I have mine with the sauce over brown rice instead of the pasta. Really good!! AND no flour!! :)

Anyone else have some good brown rice ideas? I'm always looking for 'em!!

You are Darn Good!! I could Not do without my 'sgetti!! I DO use a whole wheat pasta - - which I prefer - - the Non-whole-wheat tastes rubbery/plastic tasting to me now.

I've got to do the brown rice tho - - something I have not been doing mostly because doesn't it take a while to cook?? Does "instant" brown rice count??

WOW - - I live in Arkansas, and I thought we were 'behind'! But, there are plenty of wonderful things about the small towns too.

Hey - - maybe you should post your workouts here TOO!! :o) I'd love to hear what you do to stay in shape!! It helps encourage us all to workout.

Definatly a plus!!

Unfortunatly, the instant stuff is really too processed to give you the benifits of the long cook stuff. (sigh) I wish!

Chica, I'm in SW Oklahoma!! LOL! The town is literally one square mile! I love it!!

sure thing! Last night I did the T-Tapp to Tempo/Torso workout...it's a video that's about 30 minutes. I'm doing a BootCamp with that tape right now (doing it every day for a set number of days) and today will be day 2 of 7. This is a new tape for me & I really like how it's working my abs!
