Golly, It is incredible just how many diets there are. Honestly, just the right things in the right quantities is all we need to do and throw in a little exercise as well! Why is it so hard! This is why diets sometimes work. They give you a routine to follow and I guess this one is as good as any! Hilary

**Isn't it? I'm amazed at how many there are and how one can reach someone and not others. I honestly think that the common denominator is the determination to want to do it!

**Good question and I'm sure asked many many times. I'm sure they'll eventually find out as they've found out a lot already. Meanwhile, here's to eating healthy portions and exercising! :) Oh yeah, and lots and lots of water. ;)
