Gonna have to eat the steak that I thawed out about 2 days ago. I don't want to leave it in the fridge for another day.

I hope I'm in the mood for it once I get home. I really have to be in the mood for steak to eat it. DH on the other hand could eat it all the time.

We will probably have greenbeans, mashed potatoes & garlic bread with it.

Or I can just nix the potatoes & we can only have garlic bread. All that stuff all at once may be too heavy. Especially for the summer.

Much love ladies,

Hey Tracy~

Do you just throw it in the oven while it's still frozen too??

**Sounds like our household, lol. Now dh would consider that steak *aged* . I do the sniff test but funny, if I'm in doubt, I won't eat meat, it turns me off.

I hear you on *heavy* food for summer. :) Hopefully when you get home, you'll find the right mix. :)

No need to apologize, sometimes real life does get in the way. ;D We're just glad you could come and check in!

Hope this afternoon eases up for you. :)

DJ - - it's already breaded and ready for the oven - - it's a "Schwans" product.

I am not good at the kind of fish you have to prepare yourself - - I know it's supposed to be real easy, but, I just have a thing about fish. Also, I'm very cautious about purchasing fish at our grocery. Not sure it's "fresh".

I agree with you. I won't buy anything but the salmon fillets because I've been going to the same store for those. Any other fish that I buy, it's always frozen in a fillet form.

Have you ever tried any of those Gordon's Fisherman flavors? They have frozen fillets in many flavors but I've never tried them.

Much love to you girl,
