Ok...

I've read many times that fat is stored energy. I could use to lose some fat. I am 140 lbs give or take a couple lbs, and my body fat % is around 28%. I have one of those body fat scales. Anyway, if fat is stored energy, then why don't I ever have any energy? I am always tired and never feel like doing anything. Any thoughts on this?

YES! Try the B Complex vitamin...the lovely ladies on this board suggested it to me and it worked!!! I didn't have any energy either...and within days I had more!

Hi raspberry,

I sure can relate to you as always being tired :::blush:::

One thing I might ask you is if this has been going on for awhile ..

Have you asked your doctor? There can be many reasons.

Trying the vitamins as someone else suggested is a good tip.

Here is some other information that may help ..

Always remember when in doubt, speak with your doctor :)
