I have a plan of attack!

I just looked in my bag and I have exactly 10 cigarettes left. Based on my daily habits, the last one will be smoked around 7pm Friday night. Then I am done for good. My plan of attack? Everytime I have a craving I drink a bottle of Smartwater. This way I can re-train my brain and cleanse my body of all the yuckiness at the same time. I think being more aware of what is going on in my head each time I want a smoke is the key to quitting for good. As of 7pm Friday August 1st I'll be armed with Smartwater and gum - Nobody mess with me! LOL Thanks for all the support!

**Yes, sure agree there for what it was for me. And occasionally I still can automatically think of it when stressed. After all my years of "coping" that way, I think it takes awhile I think to find how none smokers do it.
