This is such a perfect way to workout for someone like me. I get bored running, or using a climber. I need something to focus on other than how tired I'm getting. It distracts you from "I'm working out" fatigue and your endurance improves quicker. Most hinderances in health and fitness are purely mental.

**Good to hear. It sure was fun as a kid!

Do you have any sort of special jumprope sliver? I saw one with like ball bearings where the rope attaches to the handles. Looked pretty fancy lol.

I have one of those plastic covered gym class jump ropes. I've had it since my old high school was getting rid of old equipment my senior year. It's held up fine.

>>>An unparalleled all-around workout, rope jumping strengthens the heart, muscles and bones, promotes leanness and improves agility, coordination, timing, rhythm and explosive power on both sides of the body.<<<

Ain't that the truth!!! I was jumping rope with DSD this morning & I was so tired after just 5 minutes!! Whew!!!!

Thanks Golly!

Much love,

Hula Hoops are another fun way to exercise abs and the mid section and feel like a kid again at the same time! You use muscles that aren't often used and it's fun to have little hula hooping contests with kids!
