Do Something Different This Time
If you've been quit for a while, and are concerned because you had a slip, congratulations for taking steps to get back on track. You've probably learned a lot through the days and weeks of being a nonsmoker; you can put that into practice now. Pay attention to what happened when you slipped, so you can do something different the next time.

I think the what messes me up the most is:
1. This feeling that I am being deprived of pleasure.
and
2. Flat out Thinking about it too much.
Banish those thoughts. Deal with the craves - - they are only temporary. Find SOMETHING ELSE TO DO. Paint!(LOLOL)
Nothing to it!(haaaaaaaaa)
BUT, you CAN DO IT. Only think ONE day at a time. Forever is too long. JUst for TODAY.
