I guess I'm STILL not quite ready...gotta do the slow thing first.
Once you actually DO the quit, it will get easier.
I totally understand. It took me 25 years to actually do it.

Mae, don't you DARE let this keep you away from the board. The quit won't work if you're not ready....we all know that. You've got a new quit date in mind, and that sounds great.
You have accomplished SOOOOOOOOO MUCH these past few months. Let' see that "Happy Face" again, our California gal!

Mae!! There you are! :) Oh geesh louise, don't fret hon. I think we've all been there, done that, got the shirt. The hardest part was taking that first step. I know it's scary adn there's all sorts of thoughts and feelings going through your mind that you're experiencing. Just don't stress on it right now, k? (mho) Play a little exercising, eating healthier and relax. You do what is right for you when you're ready and it just works out. :) Now how about working on our fitness journey with us? You'll feel better getting some exercise outdoors with your 4 legged kid. :)

{{Mae}} we love you hon. :) Good idea on the cutting back slowly though. If you can, put a short pencil and a folded 3/5 under the cellophane and do a tally each and every time you take one, k? And then, every couple of days, have one less butt in the pack or smoke one less butt. I did do that before I started my quit journey. Then when I finally got down to about 10, I started my quit. I think it helped. :)
