To keep my mind off smokes, I've found myself being silly and goofy these past couple of days. Today I glued a 50 cent piece to the sidewalk just outside the window where my desk is. It's a very high foot traffic area. I've been laughing all day!
P.S. Laughing is the best, most effective workout for the abs!

**rofl, my abs just got a good workout! Love it!! Great one sliverpink! Laughter got me through much of my quit. In fact we used to have an old quit bud who used to say "I wouldn't be here if I wasn't having fun." (or something like that). He sure kept us laughing. :) That and the quit fog. ;) Thanks for the reminder and suggestion. :)
